 Thank you for making this a special day! Lisa and Mike are amazing. They made the ceremony and reception go so smoothly and without a glitch. Me and Jim are so appreciative of everything you did. From the advice during the ceremony to the beautifully decorated ballroom for the reception. You were on top of everything we asked for to make our dream come true. We had so many commitments on how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. We would highly recommend you to anyone who was looking for a beautiful and personal wedding experience.    " Mike and Lisa were the most wonderful people we’ve met! They are very professional. We got married during the chaos of COVID-19, so it was so stressful not knowing if we’d be able to have our wedding or not but Mike and Lisa never let us stress about our reception. They did whatever they could to ease our minds and work with us on however we chose to proceed with our wedding. It was such a relief knowing we never had to worry when it came to our reception. They will always have a special place in our hearts and have became family to us through this process. Please, please, please if you want a stress free wedding reception get married here.  Working with Mike and Lisa was one of the very best parts of planning our wedding. They have their process down to a science. They are kind and caring and truly want the day to be perfect. Their food was delicious (our options were prime rib, stuffed pork tenderloin, and pasta a-la Ritz), and we were able to take all the leftover food home with us, so no cooking necessary between the wedding and honeymoon! One of the biggest benefits of this location is the ability to get into the facility a couple days before the event. When we came in on the Wednesday before our wedding, the entire room was already set up. All we had to do was put candles in our centerpieces and add a couple of finishing touches we wanted (a few extra flowers and a memory table). On Friday, we were able to set up our cookie table and music equipment. On Saturday, a few hours before the event, we were able to go set up our desserts. This alleviated so much stress and made the logistics of the day much easier. Their staff are friendly and professional. Numerous guests commented on how beautiful the facility was. It was such a relief to have this big part of our day in such good hands." 

 "Hiring The Ritz Touch LLC was the easiest decision we made for our wedding. After our initial contact with them, we knew right away that they were the best option in town. They are always professional, remain calm, and work their hardest to make your wedding what YOU want. They strive to make weddings for the couple as stress free as possible and always ask for the couple's input on any decisions that need to be made. Their food is both delicious and beautifully displayed and their decorations are very classic and timeless. All of their staff was polite and very helpful. Mike and Lisa were great! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else who would put in half as much effort as they did. You can tell they really care about the people they work with and their business. I would recommend them every time!" 

 "Mike and Lisa Ritz not only provide an absolute beautiful venue, they provide a positive, low-stress, supportive experience. I was the mother-of-the-bride and had never planned a wedding before and their help made the whole experience so easy. They are patient and helpful and provide really great suggestions. One of the services they provide that many other venues do not - is they have a HUGE selection of decorations for every type of wedding theme and they decorate and breakdown. This not only saved me time and stress but spending money on items I would never use again. The wedding guests complimented the venue itself, the food, the bartender (she was great!) and the staff who were friendly and helpful. Mike and Lisa are real professionals who understand what it takes to make a successful event at a reasonable cost and want to ensure your experience is a good one. I gave them 5 stars on everything but I would give them more if I could" 

   "I had my wedding reception on 9.15.18. it was absolutely beautiful. Mike and Lisa and their crew, worked very hard to make it as memorable as ever. the décor was amazing, and the food was good. Lisa also gave me a folder to help guide the way, it had stuff in there I never would have thought I needed to do. it was very organized also. food was good also. I'd highly recommend to book with them!"

I always texted Lisa questions and she got back to me so fast! My wedding was a dream it was so stress free! We got to enjoy our night without all the set up and clean up or even making sure we were on time for dances/ cake / pictures.
The food was so amazing! We had the stuffed pork and chicken and the gravy 🤤 we opted to have to rehearsal dinner at the venue as well. We had the pasta bar and it was fantastic!
I will always tell everyone about this amazing experience every chance I can get! The best part was my family had so much fun with mike and Lisa from picking out all the decorations to have meetings to the wedding.

"My wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike and Lisa and the great staff at The Ritz Touch, LLC. This post comes about six months late as our wedding was at the end of October 2017 (10/29), but better late than never I suppose.

For couples (young and old) paying for their big day completely on their own, there is no place better in the Morgantown area. We searched for and toured venues for months and nobody came close in terms of price, amenities and service.

Whether she knows it or not, Lisa was my wife’s wedding planner and was completely accessible 100% of the time during the entire process to answer questions, to check-in and to provide feedback and examples.
Mike is a phenomenal chef and the food he serves is top notch. He provides a wide array of dinner options and allows couples to build their menus however they wish. My only complaint around the food itself was how quickly we ate through the leftovers once everything was all said and done. Side note- the stuffed pork loin comes highly recommended by our entire family. The gravy is a must.

The Ritz Touch, LLC provides a wonderful “Open Bar” setup for an even better price. We very much wanted to include an Open Bar in our wedding reception but the pricing for alcohol at most of the other venues was one of a few “deal breakers.” Mike and Lisa offer a full bar, (domestic beer, wine, champagne and liquor) with two exceptional bar tenders, at a very affordable cost.
The staff the Ritz Touch, LLC employs were great and rolled out dinner plates, filled drinks, took coats, directed guests to seats and kept things moving smoothly at an enormously efficient rate.

Six months later we are both still receiving high praise for how great our wedding day was. We both had family and friends fly in from all over the country and our event “has yet to be topped.” Since then we have both made a point of suggesting Mike and Lisa and company to all of our engaged friends and we cannot wait to be back at their venue later this year for my sister’s wedding in November.
